Earlier, President William Ruto and First Lady Rachel Ruto led Kenyans on Friday in paying their last respects to former Prime Minister Raila Odinga at Parliament.
Raila’s body had been placed in Parliament Buildings early Friday morning, marking the final public farewell before his State Funeral set for today at Nyayo Stadium from 9:00 am.
